Zapier integration

Create and deliver personalized video gifts straight from your automations — no code. Trigger a gift from a new CRM contact, a spreadsheet birthday, a new order, or a form submission, then auto-deliver the finished film.

What's in the integration

Three surfaces cover the whole flow:

  • Create Video Gift (action) — create a gift, add photos by URL, and render it in one step. Requires a consent checkbox; rendering spends one prepaid credit.
  • Find Video Gift (search) — look up a gift by ID to get its status and the finished film URL.
  • New Delivered Gift (trigger) — fires when a video gift finishes rendering and is ready to share.

Get started

    Get a live key + credits

    Create an mvg_live_ key from the dashboard at developers.myvideogift.com and add credits — renders draw from a prepaid balance.

    Add the integration

    Open the invite link above to add My Video Gift to your Zapier account.

  3. 3

    Build a Zap

    Pick any trigger — a new CRM contact, spreadsheet row, order, or form entry — add the Create Video Gift action, and connect your key when prompted.

  4. 4

    Deliver the film

    A render takes a few minutes. Add a Delay, then Find Video Gift by Gift ID to grab the film URL — or run a second Zap off the New Delivered Gift trigger to auto-email or post it.

Example automations

A few Zaps people build:

  • New birthday row in Google Sheets → Create Video Gift.
  • New Shopify order → a personalized thank-you film for the customer.
  • New Delivered Gift → email the film with Gmail, or post it to Slack.
  • Typeform submission with photos → Create Video Gift.

Consent and spend

The Create Video Gift action requires you to confirm you hold the rights to the photos and the recipient's depiction before it renders. Rendering spends one prepaid credit; a held or failed render is auto-refunded.
